Wisconsin
For my Wisconsin coffee stop, I chose Wonderstate Coffee.
The Ethiopia Laayyoo roast is great. It's a very well balanced light roast, full of pleasant but not overpowering acidity.
The Colombia roast is more balanced than the Ethiopia, offsetting the acidity with some more bold and rich undertones. It's not overbearing with sourness or too bitter. Very nice!
