Washington
For my Washington coffee stop, I tried Camber Coffee.
This is the first time in a while I've tried both a filter pour-over and metal filterless pour over for the same beans. The Ethiopia has a lighter body, and brewing it with the filterless pour over allowed some grounds to make it into the cup, adding a bit more depth of flavor. Overall a very nice roast, some nice chocolateyness up front, and pleasant acidity on the backend.
The Moonrise blend has a heavier body, and leans more into the chocolatey-hazelnutty side of the taste spectrum. I'd say it's a prototypical medium roast.
Camber produces some great roasts and I would definitely buy some from them again!
