For my stop in New Mexico, I chose Cutbow Coffee out of Albuquerque, NM.
Kenya
The overall profile is roasty and bitter to me, but it has pleasant undertones of gingerbread and sweetness.
Costa Rica
This coffee has a more well balanced flavor, mild acidity with a backbone of chocolateyness. Not bad, but not my favorite either.
