Montana
The next stop on my coffee adventure is Montana. Here's a fun fact about Montana: it's home to world's shortest river, the Roe river. I'd love to visit Glacier National Park at some point too.
A very brief Reddit search turned up Revel Coffee as my beans of choice from the Big Sky state.
I tried the Ethiospro and Revel roasts.
I love the Ethiospro! It has a very pleasant acidity, with almost no bitterness. Very bright, with citrus undertones, it's a delicious light roast. This one is one of my favorites I've had so far.
The Revel roast has a bit too much of the earthy bitterness for my taste. It has a nice full body though, and a pleasant chocolate acidity underneath.
