Arizona
For my Arizona coffee stop, I went with Xanadu Coffee Roasters. I love the name, and the modern, geometrical bag art is pretty neat too! Their "Traveler" and "Neon" roasts appealed to me so I went with those.
Traveler has a fruit-like acidity, a very pleasant light roast. There is a little bitterness at the end, kind of like a very dark chocolate. This one is very much in my wheelhouse flavorwise.
The Neon is also a nicely balanced light roast, with a bit less acidity but more body and chocolatey flavor. Less of a bitter aftertaste than the Traveler. I would happily drink either of these coffees again.
